what does each role do?
President - Presides over all FFA meetings and coordinates all activities
Vice President - Assumes the duties of the president if necessary, supervises committees, and works closely with the president
Secretary - Prepares the minutes of the meetings, attends to chapter correspondence, and records member's attendance and activities
Reporter - Publicizes chapter activities and records FFA activities with pictures
Treasurer - Keeps records of chapter receipts and deposits, collects dues, and maintains treasurer's book
Advisor - Acquaints members with FFA, makes FFA a learning experience, and advises FFA members
Sentinel - Prepares the meeting room, cares for chapter paraphernalia, attends the door, and welcomes guest
